this silly song has been on loop as i try to organise all the music that we'll need for the ball on sunday. IT'S FINALLY COMING it's in sight! i can't wait, although ideally i will want to wait this cold away. blocked nose, sore throat, constant sniffing - i can't help but laugh at the utterly horrible timing i have. this was the one weekend of all the weekeneds this term which i needed to stay healthy and geared up for

1. a whole freeee day today! NO lectures, NO supervisions, NOTHING! and the medics are planning on a granchester pub lunch too..
2. HALFWAY HALL tonight. omg i won't be tasting the confit of duck, whether it's because of my cold or due to the copious amounts of alcohol that is definitely going to be consumed.
3. oxbridge games on saturday - we'll need to be at our best to thrash their sorry oxford asses at netball, which means that there will be morning practice even before the match in the afternoon... all this cold english air won't do my airways any good whatsoever.
4. the whole of sunday will be dedicated to CUMSA BALL 2008. the one mega swansong event that our comm will organise before we retire on a high into our sad little tripos shells. i really can't wait till we're all dressed up in our frilly outfits, ready to roll.

but right now, i just want to get better. soon. the 11 hour sleep seemed to have helped.. but i'm still crossing my fingers.
