t'was the start of my comparatively sociable week when i decided i couldn't take the hermitness anymore! and so called up friends, went out to watch perspectives (nic's dance show), ate out more. feels so good
perspective was one word: sensational. much better than last year's, plus the fact that i knew some of the people dancing too! nic's hard work throughout the term and the holidays definitely paid off. from all the things she's been saying about how everyone seems to be loving her item AND more importantly, the special mention in Varsity today! whoa, that really upped her mood as well as strengthened my resolve to go watch this show of hers. the dance itself was also very cute. two young girls agreeing, fighting, working it out, then resolving everything. v charming. i likeee :)
(i realise that not all dancers have very nice bodies. but when they do, omg they are gorgeousss!)
on a side note, cumsa ball ents are going to be awesomeee! the performances especially. i (dare i say) initiated a great cross-instrumental collaboration that will definitely bring the house down on ball night. it's all so cryptic now because it should be kept a secret for it to have that necessary ooomph. i can't wait!
just a thought: people are turning 20, and i'm turning 21... gosh, sure does feel different.
