today the lecturer said that "depression is characterized by insomnia or hypersomnia nearly every day, which is gettin up early without any reason". i've been getting up every day at 7am, which is pretty much hypersomnia in cambridge. he went on to mention " fatigue or loss of energy" as another symptom, and i bemoaned my perpetual tiredness all weekend.
but then he continued with "markedly diminished interest of pleasure in all activities most of the day, nearly every day" and i immediately went - i take immense pleasure in EATING every day. - so i'm alright. phew. hahahaa.
seriously, the things i think about during lectures...
