we gave in to the weather and cancelled our botanical gardens outing, giving up our chance to picnic amongst the flowers haha. instead whole group of us trooped down to karen's house for our pot luck! gosh the amount of food we brought could feed an entire army! (well not really.. that is a blatant exaggeration heh, but still, it was A LOT) and so, because of our lack of proper planning and our over-zealous enthusiasm to bring food, we all had to try our darnest to stuff ourselves silly. there's one of karena cutting the whole chicken. she was the only one who actually had an inkling of how to cut the chicken the correct way. all the rest just stared at her as she cut. haha karena's still as motherly as ever! and she's wearing our class tee! 4 out of the 20 odd of us wore the class shirt. darn! we should have a gathering where we specify the dress code. heh. then we'd all be red fishes. :)
ahh! the 4 of us before shiehyuan and shihui came. sigh i can still remember the corner of the class where we'd all sit and chat.. before we got separated by ms wong and her seat-rotation policy. jinjing's going to shanghai real soon and she's not coming back any time soon. i really hope she gets into her uni and does great at music engineering, yet i don't want her to go. :( i've not seen her for ages and we've planned so many outings that have yet to materialise... thankfully the 6 of us are going to have one last outing next week before i fly off for holiday and she flies off for good. we're at one of the many crossroads of our lives where we have to part from friends, it really made me rethink what friendship really is. karen was right. how do we know what friendship really is? the kind that will stick by you nomatterwhat even though you don't get to see each other often, the kind that u see almost everyday and spend most of your time with, or those that you just hand out with for fun.

haha i'm talking to peishan now and it seems that i have unwittingly set rj ablaze with the energizer bunny of all energiser bunnies! haha she's on fire i tell you! setting trends, creating THE og of the year etc. gosh i can't wait to see her tmr, even though i'm sick. :)
